As the company produce and sell over 50 vastly different machines, they needed a way for their sales teams to quickly understand and communicate the solutions that each machine can solve for a range of customer needs.
We created strong, on brand assets that were reusable and easily translatable into other languages.
Our 2D training animations provide instant sales insights and prompts. These enable Mettler Toledo’s remote sales teams to handle objections, clarify niche and technical elements of their products and ultimately sell more products.
We have now completed over 10 projects with Mettler Toledo thanks to internal referrals amongst their global teams. All the assets we have created have been added to Mettler Toledo’s online brand design bank which has been in use for over 5 years. The 2D training animations were created with the potential to be translated into multiple languages and so retain value for the future. Feedback highlighted that the videos have improved sales staff confidence and reduced barriers to sale.
