Remingtons worldwide presence makes them a go-to personal care brand for millions of people. We created a five month video and social series for their male grooming campaign ‘Legends’ that engaged their target audience and supported their brand re direction.
Remington were in an exciting phase of development when we started working with them as content creators. They were looking to show off their confidence and attitude as a brand and had the opportunity to do so through their new male grooming Campaign ‘Legends.’
‘Legends’ was to engage their 18-40 UK male audience by focusing on high profile sporting events that were happening across the year. It was predicted that the campaign would reach 72% of men aged 18-40 across the UK through digital displays, social engagement, competitions and experiences.
Our humorous video and social content focused on the concept of ‘every man.’ We knew that this concept would enable Remington to show off their confidence and attitude as a brand and would support their change in brand direction.
We created scenarios that allowed the protagonist to end up as the hero of a range of high profile sporting events. This gave the opportunity for the campaign to really connect with a wide market of male 18-40 year olds in the UK.
As well as creating videos, we also developed an asset bank for Remington that could be linked with their promotions and prizes and distributed across their social media channels.
As a video production company, we are used to a tight turnaround. This campaign was no exception and and all the video and social content had to be produced within 6 weeks.
Our creative consultation period was efficient and we created an immediate, close working relationship with Remington’s Marketing team. This enabled us to create and test video content quickly.
